This 930 was quickly imported to New York state as there were no US spec 930's built from 1980-1985. The first entry into the service book shows that in May of 1985, the car was serviced at 1,208 miles by Exotic Car Emporium in New York City. Despite being an RoW example, this car has spent all but just the first 8 months of its life in the United States. From New York, the car was then sold in 1997 to a long-term owner in New Jersey who would have the car in his possession until 2016 when it was sold to a Florida based Porsche collector.

This 930 is fresh from that Porsche collection in Sarasota, FL. The previous owner had owned it since 2016. The car comes with service records dating back to 1994, a clean CarFax, original owners books, and tools. This car has been very well looked after and received thousands of dollars in work the past several years by Suncoast Porsche. In preparation for sale, new Pirelli P-Zero tires were installed, new CocoMats, compression test, new spark plugs, new plug wires, oil and filter service, new dash installed, A/C serviced, front bumper painted to address rock chips, and all fluids changed. This 930 would make for the ideal drivers G-Body Turbo. Just 77,000 miles from new, well documented service history from the mid-1990's to current and in wonderful mechanical condition. The 16" Fuchs wear brand new Pirelli P-Zero tires installed March 2022. The car was fully sorted and checked over by RennHaus Porsche Repair of Sarasota, FL in March 2022. The compression test results are as follows: Cyl 1: 145 Cyl 2: 140 Cyl 3: 142 Cyl 4: 148 Cyl 5: 145 Cyl 6: 140 . The power windows and sunroof operate properly, as does the aftermarket radio.

These Euro 930's came with higher HP motors producing 300HP compared to the 282 HP of the US Spec cars starting in 1986.
