1959 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible
SOLD

This stunning 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible has just come in on trade from 9 years in a private California collection. Delivered new in Syracuse, NY and making its way to owners in Texas, California and now Florida, this gorgeous 1959 Cadillac is ready to cruise. Restored around 2009 by Classic Caddies in Port Sydney, Ontario for an owner in Texas, this Cadillac has been fully restored and has only gone around 1,300 miles since. Now equipped with factory looking Vintage A/C, a hidden upgraded radio, upgraded cooling system and radial tires all that is needed is a new home!

The 390CI V8 runs and drives smoothly as does the HydraMatic transmission. The Vintage A/C blows cold and auxiliary cooling fans keep the car operating at a perfect temperature, even in the hot Florida sun and traffic. The new chrome wire wheels are clad in Coker Classic Radial Whitewall tires with only 500 miles or so on them. The power steering and brakes are both smooth and easy to operate. All windows and power top work just as they should. There a two types of boot cover, one soft with snaps and also a hard parade boot in matching Seminole red. Hidden in the glovebox is a modern cd/aux/AM/FM tuner that works great and is out of plain view giving the dash and console a clean and original look. The paint and body are wonderfully straight and clean. All chrome bumpers and trim were redone and shine beautifully The doors, hood and trunk lid all fit well and latch easily. The leather upholstery is like new and was done to a very high quality, only missing a couple small button caps on the front seat. This car is fully restored, drives like new and is one of just 11,130 Series 62 (6267 Models) built, but very seldom seen today in this kind of condition.
